The check, in process got off to a rocky start with demands for immediate payment, but the room itself was fantastic. the staff were a mixed bag , some great, some not so much. the breakfast was top, notch. I laughed out loud when I couldn't find any bicycles for the promised cycling hour. a stay that was at times hilarious, frustrating, and memorable. My Taiwanese sensibilities were certainly tested, but I made the most of it.

Wonderful welcome, easy check-in, prompt baggage delivery, airy and spacious room, clean and enjoyable balcony views.

Nothing not to like.

The resort is conveniently situated near the boating area, allowing easy access to enjoyable boat rides. It is also located close to a variety of delicious eateries, providing a range of dining options. Additionally, there are several shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests to explore and enjoy the local area. The resort is surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, offering guests a tranquil and picturesque setting to relax and unwind.

Despite the overall positive experience, the food served at the resort could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences.

We recently stayed at a delightful five-star hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spacious garden suite offered a charming and well-designed space. The open passage to the rooms, passing by large aviaries and the swimming pool, added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The restaurant had a good menu and friendly chefs. The Ayurvedic health center provided excellent massage and body treatments. we had a memorable and relaxing experience.

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom lighting could have been better, and we had to be cautious about leaving the door open as monkeys tended to roam around the property.

Loved the clean rooms and exceptional service. The buffet breakfast had excellent food quality and variety. The Ayurvedic massages were super relaxing, thanks to attentive masseuses. Enjoyed the spacious garden suite in a well-designed complex.

We had a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. Service was exceptional, and the Spa & Wellness Centre fulfilled our relaxation needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were beautiful, and the Spa Centre had a variety of massages to choose from. the sun terrace, loungers, and garden area were perfect for enjoying the outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant offered special diet menus and private facilities.

One minor issue we experienced was the lack of entertainment options. this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

Despite some issues, there were a few aspects that I enjoyed. the bungalows were spacious with a comfortable bed and a balcony. the staff was quite hospitable and always had smiles on their faces. it was in a convenient location close to the main attraction of the area.

the furniture was very old and uncomfortable with very dated furnishings. there were too many steps to climb as the bungalows were located on a steep hillside.
