fern samali resort exceeded all our expectations during our recent stay. the property is beautifully developed, with an amazing location and a highlight being the mango farm. the staff was exceptionally courteous and prompt, making our experience truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the staff was super warm and friendly, always there to help with a smile. They even made specially arrangements for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday, which was a lovely surprise. the chef and the restaurant hosts were fantastic, serving up delicious meals with Seafood dishes. the cottages were spacious, clean, and well-designed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. the hilltop location offered stunning views of nature all around, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of privacy in the balconies. It would be great to have proper partitions between the balconies to ensure guests' conversations remain private.

Staying here is a total BLAST , the staff are super friendly & attentive to guests' needs, the location is peaceful with multiple beaches nearby, and the rooms offer breathtaking views. the food is mind, blowingly delicious, and it's the coolest thing ever that they actually welcome pets with open arms. the rooms are spacious, and the on, site amenities like the bar and restaurant are jaw, droppingly good. the staff provides top, notch service from the manager to housekeeping, making each visit a truly unforgettable experience.

The room with a forest view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sight of lush green trees from my balcony was a peaceful experience. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathtub for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The only minor downside was that the database did not have a search function, making it slightly difficult to navigate and find specific information quickly.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating - they provided excellent room service, car hire, and even arranged a special dinner for my wife's birthday. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we were able to bring our furry friend along for the trip. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

I selected this hotel for a workshop due to its business center, complimentary newspapers, and 24-hour front desk. the staff was helpful, and the peaceful location allowed for undisturbed work.

The one service I missed for work was a reliable and faster Wi-Fi connection.

The room was average, nothing outstanding. The spa and food were decent. The staff and location were the highlights. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The surroundings were breathtaking.

I had a tremendous stay at Fern Samali Resort in Dapoli. The room was lovely and had a nice balcony with a great view. The staff, especially Monalisha, Sudeshna, Maruti, Sushant, and the chef. The food at the restaurant was quite good, especially the Punjabi dishes. The location of the resort is also convenient, with Ladghar beach being close by. The greenery surrounding the resort was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

The friendly staff, like Pooja and Shweta at the reception, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, even arranging surprise romantic room decorations. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of authentic Indian and international cuisine at the Zillian restaurant, with special recommendations from the knowledgeable staff, such as Breethika, Sushant, Kalam. The resort also offers a range of activities, including bird watching, nature trails, art, pottery.

The resort's Wi-Fi and internet connectivity is poor and inconsistent.

Got a good deal with breakfast included. Great feeling checking out with nothing to pay. the swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

The room was not properly cleaned, and some of the amenities were outdated or malfunctioning. we would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.
