We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a main road but still offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service was impeccable, with the reception and housekeeping staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of options to cater to everyone's taste. we were highly impressed with the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, and the convenient location of this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The breakfast at Ginger Gondia, Balaghat Road was absolutely delicious with fluffy Idlies and excellent sauces. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel provided complimentary towels and toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and amazing hospitality.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable to rest on. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in helping us find nearby tourist spots. the location of the hotel was strategic, just a few minutes walk from the bustling city center.

The bathroom was poorly maintained and had broken fittings. the breakfast served was mediocre with limited options.
