The room was clean with a great view, luxurious feel, and functional layout. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely outdoor seating area.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated on Nimman Road, opposite the Maya Shopping Center. The room was clean and reasonably priced, with a good selection of breakfast options at the T Station Bar & Restaurant. One standout experience was when I contacted the hotel directly about car parking space concerns, and Khun Poy, a corporate staff, went above and beyond to address my needs. Despite a few unfortunate incidents, overall I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and attentive staff.

The hotel's location is really convenient, with the white market just a stone's throw away. It's situated outside of the bustling Chiang Mai square and provides easy access to a landmark. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a balcony with great views. The staff is hospitable and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely pool and bar area on the second floor.

The wifi can be a bit unreliable, especially in the evenings.

The breakfast at Eastin Tan Hotel is delicious with options like live omelettes and noodle station. The two-bedroom suite is spacious with a big balcony and a nice view, perfect for watching the sunrise. The bathrooms are nice with two attached to the bedrooms and an extra toilet behind the small kitchen. The room also has a washer dryer and a jacuzzi in the master bath. The location is great, close to Maya Shopping Mall and Nimmana Haeminda Road, making it easy to find restaurants. The hotel also has a swimming pool and playroom for children, great for a family trip.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say I had a great experience. The location is superb, very close to the main shopping area Maya and other commercial places. The service is excellent, the staff are very professional and courteous, providing round the clock assistance. The amenities provided here are top-notch. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities. Moreover, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were a great touch to my stay here.

The breakfast was quite good and included two complementary drinks per person. the hotel was located across from a large mall and a small night market, which was convenient for shopping and eating. the hotel also had a nice pool area with plenty of chairs and loungers.

The rooms had a basic international look and lacked any charm or character. the staff was friendly, but not very helpful when it came to recommending local activities or restaurants.
