Had a check-in experience that started off rocky, but their supervisor stepped in fast and smoothed things over. I couldn’t believe how cozy the room was. I was welcomed with a cute towel dog, haha, made the stay feel special right from the start.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what I got.

The location on EM Bypass made commuting easy for us, with direct access to bus stops. The friendly security guard, Dipak, brightened our day with his warm smile during our late arrivals. The rooms were spacious and provided a fantastic view of the city, adding a unique charm to our stay.

I had a delightful two-night stay, enjoying the Bangladeshi thali and the vibrant ambiance of the restaurant. however, room service was a little slower than expected. I’d stay again!

my stay at vivanta kolkata em bypass was an absoluteley disapointing experience. the air was filled with a horrid, moldy smell and the pillows were like old soggy bread. to top it off, i expected a complimentary upgrade for such an inconvenience but was left just like every other guest. so unfortunate, as I almost gave them a good review but just couldn’t.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was conveniently located near Acropolis Mall and had a wonderful city view. The reception staff, especially Ms. Vaisnavi, made our check-in smooth. On top of that, they surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, which made his day extra special. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere, and the fact that we could have our two dogs with us added to the family-friendly vibe.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast menu could use some variety.

It was nice to relax after a long day exploring, as I am used to doing back home in New York. Overall, my experience was satisfactory.
