Located close to the airport, the hotel offers convenience for business travelers. The service provided by Alamgir and Sandipan, from event coordination to senior management, is commendable. The rooms are well decorated, and the suite provided was gorgeous. The shower pressure is excellent, and the TV and internet worked perfectly.

The water quality in the bathrooms is poor, and there have been instances of unprofessionalism in handling facility management and invoice requests.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kolkata. The front staff were brilliant, and Anando helped us with all our nearby information. The rooms were spic and span, and the restaurant was "Taj-like" with lavish buffet spreads. The entire staff was courteous and always smiling, making our experience even better. Special mention to Shreya Ghosh, who was exceptionally courteous in the restaurant. The location for breakfast was also good, and room service did an excellent job every day. The staff went above and beyond, meeting special requests like arranging for Sari Draping for my wife.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We especially appreciated their help with the noisy construction work going on during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. a lovely experience.

With proximity to the market, guests can easily explore the area. Additionally, the room and bathroom are of high quality, with excellent service from the staff. One can relax in the gym and enjoy the view from the city-facing rooms.

The hotel could improve its noise insulation so guests can rest undisturbed.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape and were impressed with the offering of two complementary drinks and chocolates that were waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were attentive and made us feel truly welcome, which was a standout feature of our stay.

One aspect that we did not enjoy was the high price of items in the mini bar. While we understand that these items are chargeable, we felt that the prices were unreasonably high.

As soon as I entered this hotel, I was wowed by its luxurious amenities. The indoor swimming pool and sun loungers by the pool with a view of the city were simply amazing. The room was spacious and had exclusive advantages such as an in-room mini-bar and private facilities. Moreover, the staff at this hotel were very polite and provided remarkable service. I ordered an in-room breakfast, which was served hot and tasted delicious. The coffee/tea at the coffee shop in the lobby was refreshing and had a great aroma.

The only minor issue I noticed during my stay here was the limited options on the special diet menus at the restaurant. However, the quality and taste of the food compensated for this drawback.
