The hotel is surrounded by a National Park, adding an extra touch of history to our stay. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a variety of services, such as room service and laundry, to enhance our comfort and convenience.

The only downside we experienced was a small misunderstanding with our restaurant reservation. However, this did not in any way overshadow our overall positive experience at this hotel.

Spending Christmas at this castle was spectacular. the rooms had great views of the surroundings and the beds were very comfortable. the spa area was a great bonus and the breakfast spread was delicious. the best part was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
