Unbelievably charming architecture with expansive lawns, outstanding service by friendly staff, heavenly spa experience, AMAZING outdoor sports options.

They were like magicians, always anticipating our needs before we could even think of them.

The room at the Gateway Resort Damdama Lake was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. the 24, hour room service and laptop, compatible safe were great conveniences for a busy traveler like me.

I found the lack of privacy in the room's entryway a bit off, putting, but others may not mind.

i had an amazing time at Gateway Resort Damdama Lake. the rooms were spacious, great for group gatherings. the food was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the resort is pet-friendly and offers a serene environment with various activities to enjoy.

During my business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at the Gateway Resort Damdama Lake in Gurgaon, chosen by our director. the serene location with lush greenery and well-maintained gardens provided a perfect escape from the bustling city life. the staff's exceptional courtesy and hospitality truly reflected the renowned Taj brand. I indulged in a relaxing spa visit, enjoying massages at the onsite spa, and the experience was absolutely rejuvenating. the ambience was outstanding, and the food served was top-notch, with special thanks to the attentive F&B team for pampering us with their excellent service.

Poor cleanliness of rooms.

Ultra modern building, spacious rooms with great amenities. Beautiful grounds and clear pool. Helpful and cheerful staff. Peaceful and well-maintained surroundings.

The staff, including Mr. Nikhil, RamVilas, and the head chef Mahadev, were all very hospitable and helpful. The adventure area people went out of their way to make arrangements for us, exceeding our expectations. Mr. Bhandari, the kitchen manager, deserves special mention for improving our experience after we gave feedback about the breakfast. The resort made special arrangements for our anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. The property itself is amazing, with plenty to do within the resort for a two-day stay. The staff at the Taj property were courteous and made our stay enjoyable.

Felt quite safe, nothing was too much trouble.

During my stay, I had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful location of the resort. Ishwar, the restaurant manager, did an excellent job in managing the restaurant and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was not crowded, allowing for a peaceful and relaxed meal. I also enjoyed participating in various activities offered by the resort, such as the Sian restaurant. The room provided was spacious, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the resort's facilities and room advantages were impressive, enhancing my overall experience.

There was one aspect of the hotel that fell short - the other meals apart from breakfast were expensive and lacking in taste.

This hotel, located in a beautiful countryside, offers an impeccable and luxurious experience. the rooms are spacious, with exclusive amenities and large windows offering a perfect view of the natural surroundings. the spa & wellness centre has an array of treatments, including full body massages and head massages, making for a relaxing stay. The garden area is perfect for a morning jog or an evening walk, and the rooftop bar and lounge area has a good selection of cocktails. Cons: the in-room breakfast menu could be improved, and the options for special diets are limited.

During our weekend getaway, we had the pleasure of experiencing amazing complementary services as well as a great location. the staff provided us with complementary breakfast and a surprise fruit platter which was absolutely refreshing. the hotel's location allowed us to enjoy some fresh air and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. we were thrilled to learn about the complementary shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions.

Although we had a great stay, we could not overlook the noise level that we encountered due to the hotel's proximity to a busy road. the noise level was extremely high and it made it difficult for us to relax.

Beautiful location with stunning natural surroundings. The ambiance is super awesome, especially the swimming area. The buffet was well arranged with marvelous presentation. The staff members, including Chef Prarveen Gujjar, Mahadev, Deepak, Keshav. Avtaar at the poolside area, were very cooperative and friendly. The morning trek to the Aravalis was a highlight, connecting with nature. I highly recommend this hotel.

The outdoor activities were fantastic for children and large groups. The landscaping and design were impressive. The spacious and well-designed rooms and bathrooms allowed sunlight. The staff arranged a delicious cake for my father's birthday at midnight. The breakfast and other cuisines were delicious. Location is quite good. The staff was helpful and courteous. The property was well-maintained and lived up to the name.
