Excellent service and cozy rooms

the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring. One aspect that could be improved is the noise level for rooms located close to the main road.

The dining scene at the Warrick was basic but clean. Room service and brekkie options were spot on. Staff were as sweet as a lamington!

The party-hardy floor was a bit much, with rowdy guests past bedtime. But hey, even with the shindig, the clean rooms shone bright!

we had a fantastic time at Holiday Inn. the customer service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. the buffet breakfast was lovely, offering a variety of options like a juicer with veggies and fruits, yoghurt bar, and a barista on hand. our King Suite with balcony was luxurious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the option to choose between a soft or firm pillow. The room was well-decorated and had a fresh and modern feel to it. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch, especially since they are becoming less common in hotels nowadays.

The experience at Holiday Inn Warwick Farm was memorable thanks to the exceptional staff who made my wife's birthday special with a beautiful card and dessert. The room was modern and comfy, bistro food was reasonable, and service was great. the subpar breakfast, lack of staff acknowledgment, and noisy room were disappointing.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the air conditioner not cooling the room effectively and the restricted early check-in, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

We were interested in staying in the Western suburbs and found this hotel to be the perfect choice. The non-smoking area offered a clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. Plus, it was conveniently located close to a major shopping center.

The thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep when there was loud music or snoring from other guests.

Had a stay near John in the USA. LOVED the fresh room but breakfast was okay. Staff was super helpful. Definitely choosing this place again. Pool looks better than photos!

The staff were incredibly helpful and obliging, especially John. The room was comfortable and quiet. Kids under 12 get free buffet breakfast. The location is great, with easy access to Liverpool. The parking facilities are fabulous and free of charge. The breakfast at Norton's was superb.

Fire alarm went off at 5am with unclear instructions given on speaker. Restaurant caused food poisoning symptoms, causing me to miss out on Father's Day lunch.
