During our stay at The Heights, we were amazed by the breathtaking views that surrounded the hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, offering us a cozy and comfortable stay. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The staff, particularly Mr. Subin Ninan, the Operation Manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hospitality provided by the hotel was top-notch, making our experience truly delightful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and left us craving for more. I highly recommend The Heights for anyone visiting Munnar.

During our Easter holiday, we stayed at a hotel that offered great facilities and excellent service. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. the location was also ideal as it was very close to the town centre, making it easy to enjoy the local attractions. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room, which overlooked a beautiful garden.

There were some aspects of the hotel that we did not enjoy. the staff seemed a bit unorganized and unprofessional, and this detracted from our experience.
