The staff at the hostel was incredibly helpful and welcoming, creating a vibrant and friendly atmosphere throughout the stay. the perfect location in the center made it convenient to explore many attractions on foot. While some improvements can be made in terms of room size and toiletry provisions, the overall experience was enjoyable and highly recommended.

Always returning for holiday. First stay staff helped with places. Perfect fit: Free Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, Air conditioning, Laundry. Also restaurant, TV, lift. No kids. Quiet with games. Secure and helpful reception. Smoke-free rooms.

I found it quite amusing that the hostel had newspapers and a fax machine - felt like a time-travel back to the 90s. the terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a cuppa. the free WiFi saved my social media life!

Dealing with their "state-of-the-art" shower was a delightful challenge.

The kids enjoyed the indoor playground and movie nights, while my wife and I had a relaxing time at the spa. the family-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable.

Had a fantastic time at a centrally located property near Pichola Lake. the staff was friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Loved the rooftop terrace, complete with games and activities, and had the chance to meet wonderful like-minded travelers.

Although the dorms were cozy, noise levels could be bothersome for light sleepers. It would have been helpful to have curfew notices for lights and noise.

Me and my squad hit up Hotel Triplets and Family. It was so dope - the party vibes were off the charts! We partied like there was no tomorrow. the staff was super chill and made sure we had the best time ever!

Could use more epic games and activities for us cool teens. Just a suggestion to level up the fun factor!
