The bed was super comfy and squeaky clean, giving me a jaw-dropping night's sleep. The night staff member, Owen, was mind-blowingly helpful and fixed the thermostat in a flash. Donna Adams was an absolute superstar, turning our trip around with her honest and caring advice. The whole staff, including Shay and Sam, were stellar and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. The owner Mallory even took apart and fixed the heating unit herself - amazing! I felt safe and taken care of, and the continental breakfasts were a great start to my day. Can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Microtel by the lake. The value for my money was excellent, with a beautiful room and a comfortable bed. The location was picturesque, right next to the lake, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the location was perfect for accessing the nearby hiking locations and the beautiful Georgetown Lake. the check-in staff were helpful and friendly. the room was exceptionally clean, even for a dog-friendly room. the beds were comfortable and the towels were plentiful and soft. We appreciated the provided toiletries, as well as the makeup remover packet. the hotel also had a good continental breakfast and amenities like a pool and jacuzzi.

We loved our stay at this mountain resort. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to a restaurant. It was also conveniently located near the festival we were attending. The room was clean and comfortable, with a quick and easy check-in process. The staff, especially Lisa at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and happy to be there. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, with hot coffee available from 6am. a great experience!
