loved the delicious breakfast and exceptional service, such a haven of comfort in bustling Kolkata, the driver took us on great local excursions and the bar made delicious drinks, only downside was lukewarm water while showering.

The hotel offers its Party lawns for functions but does not restrict loud music which can be inconvenient for guests. The parking fee charged upon check out for a pre-booked taxi was not mentioned beforehand.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to help us find transportation. The restaurant had a good variety of both Western and Asian dishes. The room was clean and comfortable with both a shower and bathtub. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby eateries in the vibrant Park Street area and just a short distance to the US Embassy and the very good metro station. The room was very comfortable, with a well designed and clean bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel also had a lovely garden, a pool, and a bar for guests to enjoy.

Some staff members at the spa were not as accommodating as we would have liked, but overall it did not detract from our experience at the hotel.
