Had a wonderful stay over Xmas! Loved the stunning view from the room and the top-notch service. The location couldn't be better - the hotel is right by the main road making it easy to go anywhere, and the back gate opens up to a beautiful river that's just 10 steps away. The room was pristine and had a glass-enclosed balcony, offering an amazing view. The food was awesome, making our Xmas so much more special, and the staff were very friendly too. it was a great experience!

There were a few disappointments as well though. the WiFi connection was too weak to be of much use.

The location of Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views from our room. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the breakfast served was delicious. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the property.

While the weak WiFi connection was a minor inconvenience, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. We also found that more information could have been provided upon entering the room to avoid any confusion, like the location of switches.
