During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms with beautiful river views and nice bath tubs. the breakfast spread was also a plus, with a live counter and daily changes to the buffet items. the property is located close to key commercial activity areas and Anjuna beach.

The limited eating options in the menu, especially for beverages. the facade lights at night made the property look cheap and could be improved.

The location of the hotel is great as it is near Anjuna beach, which was a plus for us. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a nice river view. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, making sure that guests are comfortable throughout their stay. The breakfast spread is delicious and they even have a live counter. The hotel also offers a swimming pool that is open round the clock, allowing for late-night swims.

One downside is that the hotel does not have any on-site parking, although they do accommodate cars upon request.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially Keshav, provided personalized service and attended to all our needs perfectly. The beautiful river view added to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance of the hotel. The location was also great, as it was close to Anjuna beach, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the beach. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The swimming pool was a great spot for relaxation, and we loved being able to order a bottle of bubbly to enjoy while swimming. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of Indian and continental dishes to choose from. our stay here was a fantastic experience.

We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
