Everything great.

Had a splendid stay! The room was nicely decorated and comfy, and there was a lovely shopping exhibition on-site. Wi-Fi was great, and I loved that the hotel was in a prime location for all my adventures.

But, oh dear, the bathroom could use a little facelift! Felt like I was stuck in a time warp every time I used it!

Exceptional staff service really changed my perception, especially the charming assistance from Ms. Cathrine! Plus, the dining experience at Aqua was absolutely refreshing!

Yet, the unkempt cleanliness in the room, especially after housekeeping, was disappointing! Also, the noise from external clubs disrupted my peace.

It was just a fitting option for a short interlude in Chennai with value for money. The food was above average, which made me look forward to meals during my stay. Check the location first. it's ideal for night activities.

Safety and amenities were commendable, with a wide variety of food options, including a buffet that featured Indian and Italian dishes. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. While the staff generally provided good service, the request for a room change due to a less favorable view went unanswered despite multiple inquiries, which was disappointing. Additionally, the check-in process had its delays, though the warm welcome helped offset it.

The staff really made it special! The location is super convenient, being in the city center near Express Avenue Mall. The breakfast spread was really impressive and the cleanliness was on point! 😊
