Despite some room rejections due to cleanliness issues and outdated technology like Wi-Fi and key cards, the friendly staff, excellent food quality, and good facilities overall made the stay enjoyable. Improvement can be made in terms of room hygiene and updating technology for a more seamless experience.

Just had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a beautiful garden-facing room. the service was impeccable, but the fruit juice was a bit pricey. LOVED the rooftop pool! Would definitely stay here again! So much better than in photos.

Impressive Culinary Experience

During my recent stay at Gurugram, I had the pleasure of dining at Pllazio Hotel's restaurant, MELANGE. The culinary experience was truly outstanding. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, as they warmly welcomed us and provided excellent service throughout the meal.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, allowing for easy access for travelers. Additionally, it is situated near the Huda City Center metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Guests can also take a stroll to the nearby Sector 29 Market, which offers plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Some staff members were reported to be rude and unhelpful, which can leave a negative impression on guests.

Great rooms and excellent customer service! the bedding was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. the location was convenient and close to popular attractions. the breakfast options were delicious with various choices of food and drinks.

the room lacked proper storage space for our belongings. the cleaning staff could also be more thorough in their cleaning, as we found some items left behind by previous guests.

We had a memorable stay at a lavish hotel in Sector 29, Gurgaon. This venue had exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs and made our stay opulent. From the Spa and wellness center to the rooftop pool with sun loungers, everything was exquisite. the staff was impeccable, providing excellent service and catering to our every need.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the restaurant menu. Though the restaurant offered a range of cuisines, we felt the menu was a bit limited and could have had some more options.
