beautifully restored heritage property with clean - peaceful rooms. perfectly located for exploring, and the hosts made us feel like maharadjas. the staff - especially goutom - went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was a true delight! the staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cherished. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. the food was simply exceptional - a true gastronomic experience that left us craving for more. the room service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was remarkable.

The payment system could be more streamlined to avoid any discrepancies or delays. Nonetheless, these minor hiccups did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at the hotel.

the staff, especially suman pal, was exceptional. the bar had a great view, and the food was delicious with a variety of options. the heritage experience and attention to detail truly made it a memorable visit.

the experience at the hotel was truly delightful. the recreational amenities, including the outdoor pool, were a great way to unwind after a long day of work.

The only minor downside was the lack of in-room amenities.

I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the food, especially the kochupata chingri, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff who shared insights about the property's rich history. the bartending skills were impressive, with delicious cocktails crafted by Kanji and Abhishek. One thing that could be improved is the bar menu pricing, which seemed a bit high for some items.

Had a great time over Christmas. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the city. The property was well-maintained and had a beautiful pool that I enjoyed. The massage I had was fantastic.

Great hospitality and tasty food. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the complementary spa treatment and cocktail were wonderful surprises. the hotel is located close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation made getting around easy.

The room was not up to our expectations. the bed was uncomfortable, the curtains were outdated, and the bathroom could use some updating.
