During our stay at Platinum Adisucipto Hotel & Conference Center, we were impressed with the prompt and efficient response from the maintenance team. When our room's air conditioning stopped working, we reported the issue and within five minutes, two technicians arrived. They handled the problem with utmost professionalism, apologizing for the inconvenience, and fixed the issue within just 10 minutes. This level of service is something we have rarely experienced in other hotels.

Although we didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel facilities, we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a variety of traditional dishes.

The hotel's location right in front of the airport exit is incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. Additionally, it is really close to Prambanan complex, just a short 10-minute drive away. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of international and local dishes.

Just spent a fantastic weekend in a great hotel! the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. the location was perfect, being close to the airport and within walking distance of some amazing local food places. the all-you-can-eat breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from, including a rooftop dinner option. And the rooftop gym and swimming pool had stunning views of the city.

There were a few downsides. the cleanliness in the gym and swimming pool area need improvement, there was a noticeable mold smell in the corridors and rooms, and the walls were thin enough to hear the noise from neighboring rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just across the street from the airport. This made it extremely convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, including international cuisine, Indonesian food, pasta, and the best part was the local Javanese cuisine. The Javanese dishes were unique and not too sweet or spicy. I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and the well-equipped gym. The hotel provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was great for me as I needed to stay connected. I highly recommend this place for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and great facilities.
