The room we stayed in, the King Suite, was well-maintained and comfortable, and the bathroom with its spa bath was a real treat. The room service was prompt and our special requests were promptly attended to. The resort also offered a range of facilities including a spa, game room, and outdoor swimming pool, ensuring there was something for everyone. The rooms had a stuffy smell and were not ready when we arrived in the afternoon. the breakfast was subpar, with insipid coconut chutney.

Spent Xmas holidays in a beautiful lakefront hotel with a breathtaking view, complimentary breakfast, and a luxurious private pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Key location provided easy access to all landmarks in the surrounding area. an enjoyable experience.

The noise level from adjoining rooms was disruptive and kept me up at night. the price was steep for the level of service received.

They even went above and beyond, such as feeding the fishes in the pond for our two-year-old twins to see up close. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about our happiness and made us feel welcome.
