The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The indoor pool, sauna, and room service were wonderful. The hotel accommodated my request for additional bottled water. The Executive Lounge had a relaxing atmosphere and responsive staff. The bed was comfortable and the bath was welcoming. The coffee shop was a great place to spend time with friends.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions and the historic center of Suzhou. the comfortable rooms and well-appointed bathrooms provided a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the Asia Café offered a wide range of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. However, the disappointing service overshadowed these positive aspects.

The staff's lack of training and poor customer service were major letdowns, especially for a Marriott establishment.

We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area, which provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city.

Inconsistent in-room breakfast One minor issue we experienced was the inconsistency of in-room breakfast delivery. Although the food was delicious, there were a few instances where our order was delayed or missing items.

Great service and cleanliness – staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hotel is strategically placed, near public transportation and sights. the view from some rooms is breathtaking, highlighting the charm of the city.

however, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
