We had a pleasant experience with the auto drivers hired from outside who showed us around efficiently and safely. the staff, especially Mr Hari at reception and Siyad at the restaurant, were remarkably welcoming and attentive. the breakfast provided was of good quality, and the gardens with pretty swimming pools were a lovely spot to unwind.

I return for my business trips. Staff guided me on local spots initially. Amenities like Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, swimming pool, massage, gym. I relax with beach umbrellas, billiards, and more - no regrets here.

The kids loved feeding the fish, while the house boat ride on Chaliyar River was unforgettable. the staff was super friendly, and the lavish breakfast spread was a hit with everyone.

My wife says that a kids' club would have been a nice addition.
