We had a truly fulfilling experience at Astoria. the window view was amazing, the breakfast was the best we've had in years with a wide variety of delicious options, and the room was filled with delightful goodies and perks. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions, even after check-out. We felt valued and not just seen as customers. the hotel's location was convenient, just a couple of minutes away from the historical center and on the direct tram line from the railway station. We won't look elsewhere if we visit again.

I had a fantastic value for my money at the Astoria Hotel. The room was modern, comfortable with a lovely shower, and the staff went above and beyond to help me, even with translating and fixing my daughter's phone. The location was perfect, near the opera house and Rynok Square, and I fell in love with Lviv.

The morning meal could have been better with the addition of fried eggs and bacon.

The hotel is in the perfect location, just a short walk from the main square and opera house. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with complimentary lunches for our excursions and even helping with translation. the heated toilet seats and modern shower were a nice touch and made for a comfortable stay.

The room was quite cold when we arrived and it took some time for the heating to kick in. while there were some minor issues, our stay at this hotel during Christmas was pleasant and enjoyable.
