Reach hotel was a good choice for my stay in Kochi. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and the location was convenient. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast service and parking area, overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located conveniently, near to the port and the city centre. The rooms had fresh linen and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered good room service. I was impressed by the underground parking facility that was useful in keeping my bike safe.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and better-maintained.

Had a great Xmas stay here! Loved the complementary coffee and cookies in the lobby and the festive decorations in the common areas were a nice touch. the hotel's location was fantastic - just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city.

The linens could have been cleaner and the breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. there were a few maintenance issues with our room such as a broken toilet hand gun and a rusty shampoo bottle holder.
