Our recent stay at the Family Entertainment at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. the hotel provided a wide array of amenities for families, including a spacious room equipped with convenient iPad controls, a delicious breakfast spread with English options, and a well-equipped gym. the friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk, made our visit even more enjoyable. From the exterior that belies its size to the quick check-out process, every aspect of our stay was delightful.

My wife says that the hotel should consider offering more kid-friendly menu options for families with children.

The hotel is centrally located, right at the center of everything. It is very close to shopping centers and is situated in a crowded market. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also provides digital-operated lights, slides, curtains, and TV, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel lacks proper cleanliness as some rooms have a bad smell, giving the feeling of humid conditions. The hotel staff was not responsive when the issue was raised, and even worsened the situation by spraying room spray.

This hotel provides an atmosphere of modern sophistication and luxury. the rooms have exclusive amenities, and everything can be controlled via iPad. the spa and wellness center are decent, and the full body massage is rejuvenating. the restaurant provides special diet menus and delicious packed lunches. the bar/lounge area is perfect for live entertainment.

We experienced a minor issue while ordering food around midnight. Although the iPad confirmed our order, the restaurant ended up being closed.

I had an amazing thanksgiving stay at this hotel! the breakfast was amazing - they even made me gluten-free bread which was so delicious. the staff was really helpful and even gave me a good contact for renting a scooter. the room was ultra-modern and had an iPad to control everything from the TV to the curtains. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The location was a bit of a hassle due to busy streets and noise, which made commuting a little difficult. the staff could have been a bit friendlier, but they were not rude either.

The rooms at Residency Towers were simply amazing. They were modern and well-designed, with everything controlled by an iPad. The smart features, like the IoT-enabled electronics and the in-room dining service, were impressive. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, along with the luxurious bathroom and amenities, made for a very comfortable stay. The coffee machine with tasty pods and internet TV equipped with YouTube and Netflix added to the overall enjoyment. The common seating areas, with books and a pool table, were also fantastic. The facilities, including the gym, indoor pool, and spa, were top-notch. The Pavillion Restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff at the front desk, specifically Chandini and Divya, provided excellent service.

One minor issue was the lack of communication from the staff regarding an upgrade to a suite. Despite expressing the desire for an upgrade multiple times, the staff never followed up or provided a clear answer.
