I had a delightful experience during my stay, especially with the exceptional food service provided by the banquet team, making every meal a pleasure while exploring nearby parks like Central Park, which is just a short 1.5 km stroll away. plus, I loved being so close to La Vida Mall, only about a 1.5 km walk where I found great shopping options, enhancing my city exploration.

Brekkie was super tasty, proper spread! Staff were lekker friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The location is sharp-sharp, right by City Centre 1 for all the shopping you can think of!

'Course, the wifi was slower than molasses, and the tub was givin’ us trouble, but that hospitality surely made up for it. I reckon I’d come back again just for the folks workin' here.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, particularly the newly renovated ones. The staff, especially Abhishek at the reception, provided helpful service, though some front desk staff could benefit from being more engaging. The Wi-Fi connection was weak at times, which is an area for improvement.

The air conditioning was a disaster. I can't believe the maintenance team actually thought it was 'fine'. I was also shocked that the receptionist wanted an advance for my stay, very unprofessional! I almost considered giving a good review, but honestly, I expected a complimentary gesture to make up for all the inconvenience, but no such luck.
