Superb location and good hospitality. The offbeat desert safari was a great experience. Insane view from my balcony. Private area to chill. Staff helped with laundry and other needs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional service. The staff, especially Mr. Bhanu, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They promptly addressed any issues, like providing a heater in my room when it was cold and ensuring I had access to a doctor when I fell ill. The location was perfect, offering gorgeous views of the city from the balcony. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the organized camel safari they arranged for my daughter.

The overpriced and uninterested camel safari provider they used. It would be wise to explore other options in town first.

Good location near the fort. Provided transportation from the train. Staff not very accommodating. Lovely single room with balcony and nice view. Enjoyed conversations on rooftop with blanket provided. Delicious food and chai. Extending my stay was easy. Will definitely recommend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the clean and well-maintained rooms with private balconies, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. Furthermore, the location of the hotel within the fort was ideal, with easy access to various attractions within walking distance. And lastly, the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money.

The view from the hotel was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the rooftop restaurant was a great spot for meals with a good selection of local and western dishes. the hotel is located in a prime location, only a short walk from the main square and all major attractions.

Getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle as vehicles are not allowed during peak hours. the hotel only accepts cash payments which can be a bit inconvenient.

I had the most amazing stay at Surya in Jaisalmer. The view from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking, giving me a real sense of being in the heart of the city. The rooms were well-furnished and clean, with an excellent attention to detail in the decorations. The availability of hot water was also a great plus. The hotel staff went the extra mile to guide us through the narrow streets of the fort, ensuring a seamless arrival. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Jaisalmer. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
