My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. the room I stayed in was not only clean and luxurious but also provided me with a cozy haven during my trip. the in-room dining menu was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was a food lover's paradise. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the opportunity to provide feedback directly through WhatsApp, which showed me that they truly cared about improving the guest experience. the location was ideal, allowing easy access to popular spots in and around Anjuna. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to the area.

While my overall experience at this hotel was outstanding, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and markets may require guests to have their own transportation, which could be inconvenient for some travellers.

The morning breakfast spread is a delightful journey of culinary wonders. the chefs, especially Chef Arpita, handle breakfast with such finesse that it felt like a Michelin-starred experience. the variety and quality make every meal a feast fit for royalty.

The property was well-maintained, with great attention to hygiene. Conveniently located close to several good restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options.

We also faced a problem with our room keys being automatically disabled, causing some inconvenience.

Our recent stay at Westin Goa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the excellent dining experience at Thyme & Ash restaurant. The projector movie and bean bags added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the value for money, as the hotel exceeded our expectations for its price. we had a wonderful experience at Westin Goa and would highly recommend it.

This hotel offers an exceptional luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were well-maintained and fulfilled all our needs. the live entertainment was a delightful addition. the sun terrace and garden area provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue we faced was a lack of poolside snack bar. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent alternatives.

Conveniently located near Anjuna beach, with easy access to other nearby beaches and restaurants. Spa and pool services available. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Chef Rajiv and Bhagyashree, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. a refreshing and enjoyable stay.
