Our New Year experience in this hotel was amazing! the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious, especially the chicken chipotle dish. We also loved the fact that there was a juice maker set up available each morning. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to several attractions and amenities. the modern and spacious facilities definitely added to our enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent stay at a luxury hotel. The staff genuinely cared for us and the rooms were stunning with lovely views. The breakfast was incredible and the pool area beautiful and relaxing. We couldn't think of anything we didn't like.

One negative aspect was that we had to wait 20 minutes to reach the front desk or room service because they didn't pick up the phone promptly.
