Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great pool view, and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the tasty food in the restaurant, and the working desk was perfectly designed. Appreciated the staff's efforts in maintaining proper hygiene and accommodating outside food orders.

The room was humongous and I got a free upgrade to a higher floor. Cleanliness was top quality and room service was prompt. The valet service was great and courteous. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Kulbir who helped me pack a special package without any damage. The hotel was very accommodating in terms of food ordered from outside restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained despite the current situation. Kudos to the team for that.

During my recent stay at the Westin, I was truly amazed by the level of customer service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. The team at the Lounge, headed by Mr. Satvinder Tomar, were especially exceptional, taking great care of every guest. I also want to give a shoutout to Pooja and her team at Seasonal Tastes for their impeccable service during breakfast, and a special thanks to Raj at the restaurant for his extraordinary service.

The hotel stay was simply wonderful! the front staff was so nice and gentle, making check-in a breeze. the room they gave us was spacious and upgraded, perfect for my family. the executive lounge was a paradise in the evening, with incredibly humble and attentive staff. They treated us so specially, making our stay amazing. the breakfast was tasty and the location was great. Plus, they even offered a New Balance service, so you could buy or rent gym gear on the go!

The service at the pool was not up to par. However, when I reported it on check out, the manager personally apologized and gave me a 20% discount on my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi. The club lounge access, rooftop Indian restaurant, and excellent food were highlights. The breakfast, room, and bed were all great. The service, especially from Yogesh and Priya, was exceptional. The location was excellent and the property well-maintained.

This hotel is true to its luxury and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is a must, try, with its top, notch massage and facial services. the indoor swimming pool is certainly one of the highlights, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere. the sauna and steam room also live up to their reputation, providing a rejuvenating experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the in, room breakfast service. the order took longer than expected, but the staff was quick to apologize and rectify the issue.

The hotel also had an outstanding Japanese restaurant, where the chef prepared authentic Japanese cuisine using ingredients flown in from Japan. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, as they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was well-managed, even with a large number of guests. the hotel provided a delightful experience.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, which caused disturbances due to noise from other guests.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the pool and fitness facilities were impressive. I will definitely return when in Delhi.

During our city break, we had a fantastic experience at this property. the rooms were spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. Moreover, the amenities provided were modern and top, notch. We especially loved the lovely bathtub that our 8, year, old son enjoyed.

The room was excellent, with an amazing bed that you won't want to leave. The breakfast was outstanding, and the service throughout our stay was brilliant.
