Backwater and pool views from the room are amazing. Food is delicious, especially the continental cuisine. Buffet menu is fresh and satisfying. Beautiful landscape, architecture, and garden. Friendly and polite service staff.

Spent Christmas holidays in a hotel with lovely surroundings, overlooking the serene backwaters. The hotel had a big lawn perfect for a relaxing afternoon and with a pool, which was well-maintained and clean. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel lacked upkeep in some areas, with certain facilities appearing unkempt and poorly-maintained. the language barrier was an issue with some staff, hindering communication.

The World Backwaters is located right next to a huge lake, offering a mesmerizing view of the backwaters. The rooms and premises are clean, and some rooms even come with an attached pool. Guests can relax in the evening by the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The swimming pool is well-maintained, allowing guests to have a refreshing swim while enjoying the breathtaking view.

The restaurant service could be improved, as it was slow and delayed in serving orders.
