The staff was really friendly and helpful, and we would always get a smile from them. Breakfast was basic but fine. the sunbeds could use umbrellas as they are directly in the sun during daytime. Rooms are spacious and nice, but unfortunately, the balcony is not worth using as there is a big wall in the front, so no view and no breeze.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated in the center area of Sanur where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It is also close to everything in Sanur, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a large balcony that offers a view of the pool. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always supportive, providing excellent service. Additionally, the price for the hotel is reasonable compared to the going rate in the area.

Had a great weekend away! Location is ideal, just a short walk away from restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. the breakfast provided was varied and included in the price, which was a nice bonus. Enjoyed the clean and neat room design with modern fittings and amenities.

Had a minor issue with the toilet which kept running, but staff were quick to come and assist with fixing it. had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
