Spent an amazing Christmas holiday in the mountains! The views from the room were spectacular, especially from the balcony. The rooftop was also a highlight, with breathtaking sights of the snowy peaks. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, close to all the key attractions and activities in the area.

Our stay was dampened by some miscommunication from the staff, regarding certain tourist sites that were closed. , the room we were allocated was quite noisy, being next to the reception area, and not well insulated.

The hotel is situated in a relatively new and gorgeous building, offering amazing views from the restaurant and balconies. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. The staff is accommodating and provides efficient service, with the housekeeping staff being attentive to guests' needs. The rooftop terrace provides a breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar Range, making tea and breakfast a delightful experience. The owner himself is humble and ensures that guests receive excellent hospitality throughout their stay.

The food exceeded my expectations and the staff, especially Amit, Manish, and Vivek, provided attentive and warm service. The owner, Mr. Thapar, made us feel like the entire hotel was ours.
