We found this hotel in a great area, close to convenient transportation options to trolley, breweries, and parks. the cleanliness, friendly staff, and unique hotel facilities, like the covered porch and coffee shop, made our stay comfortable. Plus, the easy check-in process through text messaging and thoughtful complimentary drinks enhanced our experience.

I always return to this wonderful place for my trip. the staff once found my lost wallet. It has everything I need like Free Wi-Fi, Lounge area, Flat-screen TV, Air conditioning. I love the comfortable stay here.

We stayed at Marsh for 3 nights during St Patrick's Day. Great Location with a covered porch and picnic tables, cozy room with coffee, beautiful neighborhood, easy access to St Charles Streetcar, public transport convenience, friendly staff, early check-in with complimentary wine & beer, comfortable bed and enjoyable shower, quiet and relaxing ambiance.

Marsh is a modern, upscale hotel with minimalist design rooms and airy bathrooms. the property features beautifully preserved reclaimed hardwood floors and a cozy covered sitting area. the cafe and bar offer a lively atmosphere for guests to enjoy. the manager, Joseph, is friendly and serves excellent coffee. the location is great for exploring the area and enjoying the Mardi Gras parades.

Everything went smoothly.

The hotel offers a great price and has comfortable beds with cozy bedding. The rooms have a modern decor and are equipped with a large TV, fridge, and microwave, providing convenience for guests. The outdoor patio is a lovely space to relax, and the hotel has a nice neighborhood feel. With a short walk to the trolley, guests have easy access to explore the city.

The thin walls in the hotel can be a bit of a nuisance, as they allow for noise to easily travel between rooms.

The room was nicely decorated and had a large TV, a fridge, and a microwave, which were very convenient. the hotel was within walking distance of the trolley, so we were able to explore the city easily. the price was excellent, which made it an affordable option for our weekend getaway.

the room was on the smaller side, which meant there was limited space to work or eat. However, the biggest downside was that there was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs, especially for those with mobility issues.

Our stay at Marsh Hotel was a delightful experience. The modern decor and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. We enjoyed sipping delicious lattes at the new coffee bar and relaxing in the charming outdoor seating area. The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful, adding to the easy-going vibe of the hotel. It was also convenient to have a Fresh Market within an easy walk from the hotel. we had a wonderful time at Marsh Hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

The Marsh Hotel had a stylish and peaceful atmosphere, with friendly and polite staff. The outdoor area was enjoyable, and the coffee and cocktails were excellent. It felt safe and there were no issues with hot water. The preserved reclaimed hardwood floors added to the charm of the new construction.
