The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the popular New Market area. Guests can easily take a rickshaw and reach there for a reasonable price. The hotel staff members are polite and friendly, providing a warm welcome and even giving chocolates to the children. The rooms are neat and tidy, with working air conditioning and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast is served, along with hot chai. the hotel offers valuable and satisfying stays to its guests.

The bathroom had a minor issue with leakage, which the staff mentioned is present in every room.

The staff at Itsy By Treebo - Transit Express were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early without any extra charge and even gave us a welcome drink of hot tea. The room was neat and tidy, and the AC worked well. The complementary breakfast was satisfying and they even provided hot chai. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to travel to different places in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a valuable and enjoyable stay.
