the spacious and clean 1-bedroom apartment had a beautiful water view from the balcony. the location was perfect, with great views and close proximity to my favorite restaurant, Nando's. the soundproofed bedroom provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the ducted A/C was efficient. the staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Picture this - homemade jams that'll make your taste buds dance, plus friendly staff and spotless rooms. the sea views were like a dream! the nearby dining spots like Criminal Coffee Company and Thai Mangoes Restaurant were total gems!

Now, the kitchen gear was a bit basic. But hey, with a creative touch, we whipped up some magic.

The apartment had some downsides, like a chilly night due to inadequate heating and a lack of kitchen supplies. the staff were helpful and the property was clean. The location was great, close to cafes and the beach. But the inconsistent hot water was a letdown; The proximity to Nandos was a plus!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of Cotton Tree shops and cafes within walking distance. It was so close to such a beautiful beach that we could easily walk to the beach entrance. The room was clean and bright, and the bathroom was well-presented with all the necessary amenities. There was also a trolley in the car park which was a nice aid for carrying luggage.

The soundproofing of the room was not good, as we could hear street traffic from the 5th floor and people outside the room in the common area waiting for lifts.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Maroochydore. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and lovely cafes nearby. The view from our room was breathtaking, with beautiful mountains and the sea in sight. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and was spotlessly clean. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided via SMS. It was great to have a spacious balcony to relax on and enjoy the view. We highly recommend this place for a seaside getaway. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, close to the beach and many restaurants. the pool was also very nice. the room was modern and spacious, with comfortable furniture. There were toiletries provided and the towels were changed daily. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils and cutlery provided.

The bed was uncomfortable and the Foxtel kept cutting out and channels had to be searched for several times. the blinds on the window were not adequate, resulting in constant loud banging in the wind.

Our overnight stay at Verve On Cotton Tree was brilliant. The room was beautifully presented and offered a lovely view. The facilities were great, and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our time here. Despite a minor inconvenience with the intercom/door buzzer, the overall experience was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
