we felt like we were in the middle of a forest at Treehouse Chail Villas. our room balcony overlooked the thick forest and was very special. the staff was caring and hospitable. the breakfast had a variety of excellent items. one of the best properties we have stayed at, we will definitely come back. Cons: it was all perfect 😊.

I keep returning for my trip. Staff kindly handled an insect bite once. Perfect place with Free Wi, Fi, Parking, 24, hr reception and security. They offer shuttle, Laundry, In, room breakfast, Bar.

Comfortable room with a decent view. Food was super hot and okay. Nestled in a forest, felt like being in a fairytale, special balcony view. Staff were caring and hospitable, made us feel at home, and the courtyard design was just perfect. Excellent breakfast variety, DEFINITELY one of the best properties ever. Can't wait to come back! .

Staff here is awesome, super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. the room had a cozy view of the hills, and the food, while not amazing, was always served steaming hot and enjoyable. the garden area offers a lovely spot for relaxation, and the BBQ facilities add a nice touch for outdoor gatherings. 🌿 Just a heads up, noise from the central courtyard can trickle into the rooms, but it didn't bother us much.

The location of the hotel offers a stunning view of the valley and Shimla. Guests can enjoy the beautiful greenery both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel staff is well-behaved, polite, and always ready to assist. The rooms are nicely done and offer a comfortable stay. The food served is delicious and the service is prompt. Additionally, the hotel offers morning treks and a visit to the nearby Shiva temple for a unique experience.

Some guests have mentioned that the vines around the hotel look artificial.

Our room looked like it hadn't been updated in a while and lacked the basic amenities we expected. the WiFi was very weak and the bathroom desperately needed an upgrade.
