I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near all the hot spot places in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view facing the city. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially those standing in front of the door. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I looked forward to it every morning. I also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. the service and comfort provided by this hotel were exceptional.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay.

Spacious enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 children with a nice view of the Kek Long Si temple and Penang hill. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene measures were in place. the staff were friendly and welcoming at all interaction points, making my business trip feel comfortable. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many food options nearby and good connectivity to different parts of the city.

The breakfast area was quite small and seating was limited, which meant that it was often crowded in the morning. certain areas of the hotel such as the swimming pool and parking could use some improvement in terms of maintenance, as these areas were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
