The room was amazing - spacious, comfy bed, and a stunning jacuzzi with mountain views. It felt like a dream come true, perfect for a relaxed getaway.

The outdoor pool was too cold for my liking.

we had a fantastic stay at trivik hotels & resorts. from the warm welcome by the charming reception staff to the attentive service from the entire team, we felt truly cared for. the spacious room with a jacuzzi and mountain view was a highlight, along with the delicious south indian breakfast spread. the staff, including mr bhanu kumar, yashwanth, and chef suraj, made our experience memorable. overall, a perfect getaway with exceptional hospitality.

Spent Christmas at a stunning property in a remote location, away from the rush of the city! the spacious cottage with a private entrance was breathtaking. the panoramic view of the mountains was a sight to behold. the best part was the Jacuzzi facing the mountains that my family and I enjoyed. the coffee trail, walking paths, and bonfire were great entertainment for the night. I particularly enjoyed the surprise cake the kitchen staff prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture and made our day special.

The remote location caused some inconveniences, such as limited connectivity that affected POS, Wi-Fi, and 3G. We had to carry an alternate credit card and cash as the POS system was unreliable.

Trivik Hotels & Resort provides a perfect family getaway on top of a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location offers easy access to a nearby temple and restaurant. The spacious and clean suite rooms, along with a royal bathroom, ensure a comfortable stay. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, with amenities like complimentary eatables in the room, well-decorated rooms, and candlelight dinners. The mesmerizing view adds to the overall charm of the resort.

The access road to the resort can be a bit scary to drive on after sunset, as it is narrow and damaged in places due to rain.

the indoor pool and spa centre provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind in after a busy day exploring the surrounding natural beauty. the restaurant served delectable cuisine that tantalized our taste buds and the bar/lounge area created the perfect ambiance for a nightcap.

this was not really an issue, as the quality of food was exceptional and the restaurant staff ensured that our requests for more options were met.
