Don't have any issues at all

The staff at Samanvay Boutique Hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. Despite a pump issue causing alternating water pressure, they were quick to inform us and assured us that a technician was on the way. The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and major sightseeing spots. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable sleep experience. The ample parking space in the basement was a bonus. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We experienced two days of electricity outage and malfunctioning room access keys. This made it difficult for us to get ready for a wedding, as we couldn't dry or iron our clothes.

I spent Christmas at a delightful hotel just outside the city center. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The complimentary minibar and in-room safe were an excellent addition. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The included breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and delicious coffee.

The staff could be a bit more helpful, and the room could've been better insulated against noise. there were power outages during our stay, which made it difficult to keep warm and charge devices.

Among top 5 best hotels, maintaining international standards. Comfy beds, Go Green initiative, strictly no smoking policy. Reception desk host considerate, even kept dinner aside for us. Had low expectations but looked forward to settling in the comfy bed. Keep up the good work!

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just behind MTR, is great for vegetarians, as there are two good vegetarian restaurants nearby. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities and good toiletries.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this boutique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, being close to the famous Krishna temple. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with premium fittings and centralized switch controls. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. I was highly satisfied with the service and facilities offered.

The hotel could improve on their response time to emails.

As young people, we loved the modern facilities and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of local dishes. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, attending to every request promptly. We also appreciated the Go Green Initiative promoted by the hotel.
