The location of the homestay is convenient for those with physical handicaps as it is near to Renugunta railway station and the airport. It is also very close to Sri Padmavathi temple, making it easily accessible for worshippers. there are restaurants nearby, such as PS4, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of dining options. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The bathroom facilities need improvement, as there was a lack of hot water in the shower and some broken fixtures.
