The database provided was excellent, with a well, designed layout and easy, to, navigate interface. the room overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the water and gardens. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with responsive room service and top, notch amenities like a comfortable bed and a good TV.

The only minor annoyance I experienced was occasional slow loading times when searching for specific information in the database.

Our room at Gokulam Grand Turtle On the Beach was cozy and had a beautiful sea view, making mornings extra special for my family. It felt like a home away from home.

The ongoing construction near the pool slightly disrupted our privacy.

The location of the hotel is great, with the beach just down the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing impeccable service. The breakfast spread is delicious and caters to all tastes. The views from the sea-facing rooms are splendid, and the hotel has a nice intimate feel to it.

The prices of food in the hotel restaurant are quite high, which may not be affordable for everyone.

Had an amazing weekend getaway! Rooms were spacious and well-maintained with lovely views. the pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Loved the food, especially the Chef's recommendations. the service was prompt and the staff was friendly.

The beach access wasn't direct but they did provide a free shuttle. the steep walk back to the hotel from the beach was a bit tiring.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat. the exclusive amenities provided made us feel truly luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and the massages and beauty treatments were a great way to relax. the outdoor swimming pool was just divine, with sun loungers and a sun terrace that provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding garden area. the restaurant served great breakfast and had special diet menus, while the bar was a fantastic place to unwind and socialize.

They were a little on the high side, but luckily, there was a picnic area close by with tables, and we could always order packed lunches to go.

The hotel had excellent front and restaurant staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. There was a convenient bus service nearby that could take you downtown for a very reasonable price. The sea view rooms were outstanding and worth the extra cost. The food at the hotel was of good quality and value, and there were also plenty of restaurants along the beach within a short walk.

The staff seemed disorganized and lacked coordination. There were issues with early check-in and room availability, which caused inconvenience and confusion upon arrival.
