We loved the beautiful beach location with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was well-stocked and the dining and sitting areas were a plus. Conveniently located near Montauk and East Hampton. Two good restaurants within walking distance. Great WiFi. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach and town. The hotel is nestled in the dunes, offering a beautiful view. It's also conveniently situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a snack or lunch to enjoy on the beach.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Bugs and ants were a common sight, and the sheets on the pull-out mattress were clearly not cleaned properly.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Despite the rainy and windy weather, I enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is amazing. It's right on the beach and close to everything, yet it's away from the crowds, making it ideal for exploring the area. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the extra mirrors in the bathroom for when the shower is taken. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location right on the beach is fantastic, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views and access the sand and sea easily. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dresser for belongings and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel near Montauk, and I had a fantastic experience. the location was less than a 10 minute drive to the Montauk beach and town, which was very convenient for us. Secondly, the value for money was great, as the prices were reasonable and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thirdly, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, as they were well cared for and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed.

Although everything else was great, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of breakfast service. The timing was a bit inconvenient, as breakfast was only available until 11:30 A.M.

The proximity to the beach and heated pool was a major plus. Being just a few steps away from the beach made it very convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful ocean. The fact that the pool was heated was a nice touch, especially on chillier days. Additionally, the updated and clean kitchen in our living space made it easy for us to prepare our own meals.

The check-in experience was not pleasant. The directions provided were confusing and led us in circles, and the lack of communication regarding the room and amenities was frustrating.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at Ocean Colony Beach & Tennis Club! The room in the Love building was spacious and clean, with a private deck accessible from multiple rooms. The location, just a short drive away from Montauk beach and town, was extremely convenient. The beach itself was big, beautiful, and surprisingly empty in early October. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking views. The staff at the hotel was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I especially want to commend the cabana staff for their hard work in setting up our chairs and umbrellas.

Our stay at The Ocean Colony was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient, with the beach and town just a short drive away. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment, which allowed each of us to have our own bed for a very affordable price. The living room was a great bonus, providing a comfortable space for all of us to relax and hang out.
