After a tiring journey, I loved that my room had a kettle to make my evening chai. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, fueling up for a day exploring. the garden at the property was a quiet escape. But oh, the music from the rooftop club was a bit too lively for my taste. Overall, a decent stay with great food and spacious rooms. Keep the chai coming!

Overall good stay at Uk 27 the Fern with spacious rooms and in-room facilities. Excellent breakfast options with the convenience of being adjacent to a mall. Polite staff and clean rooms, plus a nice rooftop swimming pool. the diverse spread at breakfast and dinner was delightful. there were some issues with room allocation. the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and nearby landmarks like Kapileshwara Temple enhanced our family bonding experience in Belgaum.

Loved the breakfast variety and the awesome live counter, the housekeeping staff were top-notch and the manager went out of his way to help us reschedule our plans. the rooftop pool was a gem for unwinding, and the sun terrace offered a relaxing spot for soaking up some rays. Rooms facing the main road may catch a glimpse of the Hindu crematorium, but luckily, we didn't witness any disruptions during our weekend stay. 🌴

The restaurant stood out with its top-notch quality and the buffet spread was simply amazing, both at breakfast and dinner. The property itself was pristine, thanks to the staff's attention to detail. We were impressed by the service log on the restroom door, showing that someone cleaned the restrooms every 30 minutes. The dedication to cleanliness was truly impressive. Additionally, Alfan, Vivek, and Vaishali from the restaurant staff were super nice and took care of our every need. Chef Bisht did an amazing job with the food and checked in with every guest to ensure satisfaction. Without a doubt, Uk 27 The Fern will be our go-to place in Belagavi.

The separate bathroom and WC setup was a bit inconvenient, making it uncomfortable to use. There was also a lack of towel racks and hooks in the WC, which was a little frustrating.

Our family had a blast at the entertainment center, with fun games and activities for all ages. the family-friendly atmosphere made our stay truly memorable, and the delicious food was a hit with everyone.

My wife says that the kids' play area could use more supervision.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, it is conveniently located in the heart of the city. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving a luxurious feel. the Continental breakfast served was tasty with good variety. the staff was very polite and accommodating, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience. We loved the sun terrace, the restaurant buffet, the leisure/TV room, and the snack bar. Cons: we noticed a minor issue with the towels, which were not as fresh and white as we expected.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to KLES' JNMC school. The room setup and the building's architecture were impressive. I loved the pool.

Felt at home, the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.
