My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. When I arrived and the restaurant was closed, the manager personally arranged for dinner to be delivered to my room. Additionally, they provided a backup power supply when the electricity went out, ensuring I could still use the AC in my room. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the temple and rope car station. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to have tea in the morning. The hotel had its own parking facility as well.

The location and view of Velan Temple View By Pph Living are fantastic. The rooms are clean and well-arranged. The air conditioner works perfectly, providing a comfortable stay. The parking space is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The morning tea is excellent, and it is a great spot for a family stay.

I recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. Although there may have been some inconveniences mentioned in the reviews, my personal experience was positive.
