From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and friendly welcome. The owner and his daughter made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. They even arranged for a knowledgeable guide who spoke both English and Spanish to show us around the fascinating medina. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access by car and just a short walk to the heart of the medina. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and even took the time to learn our names. The on-site restaurant provided a true taste of Morocco and added to the overall cultural experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the room itself was absolutely massive, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. The included wifi was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious and served fresh each day. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and authentic Moroccan experience.

As a couple, we loved the beautiful and clean rooms that felt like a museum. The friendly and helpful host made our stay even better. The restaurant food and service were outstanding - one of the best experiences we've had!

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is within walking distance to a more modern mall on the outskirts of the Medina. The staff provided reliable transportation on time to bring us to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great facilities such as a restaurant owned by the same owner.

The hotel had issues with the card machine, resulting in the inconvenience of having to pay in cash.
