The attentive and friendly wait staff made every dining experience a pleasure. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of cleanliness in the surrounding streets and some mosquito presence, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Pondicherry.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our children. The reception provided great local knowledge and recommendations. Adjoining rooms with a connecting door were convenient. Delicious breakfast and a variety of tasty options for lunch and dinner. They even packed up breakfast for our early departure.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the compliments of a bottle of wine and chocolate upon arrival. the hotel's location was excellent, with amazing views and easy access to the city's main attractions. the room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect ambiance for our escape.

The food was not as great as expected. the service during lunchtime was slow and inattentive.

Villa Shanti - Heritage Hotel For Foodies is a perfect blend of traditional and modern decor. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely touch of old French culture. the staff, especially the general manager Mr Sunny, were exceptionally polite and friendly, making me feel well taken care of. the location is excellent, close to the beautiful promenade beach and in the heart of the white town, which adds to the overall French feel. the restaurant in the open-air courtyard offers a great variety of delicious north Indian vegetarian food. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this beautiful heritage hotel and would love to visit again.
