I recently stayed at Ambassador in New Delhi for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated having a kettle and iron in the room. The bar at the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Khan Market metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Khan Market itself had a great selection of boutiques and restaurants to suit all budgets. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area and has spacious rooms with nice art decor interior. The staff at the hotel were amazing - very polite, humble, and helpful. They provided a true 5-star service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The building itself is quite old and could really use a renovation. The exterior look of the building and the garden can be improved to match the standard of a luxury hotel.

I recently spent New Year's at a hotel in the heart of New Delhi. The location was perfect, with easy access to India Gate and other sights. The room had all the amenities I needed, including AC, a ceiling fan, and a minibar. The staff were helpful, and the food at the hotel's restaurants was great. It was also walking distance to Khan Market and Lodi Gardens, which made it convenient for shopping and exercise.

While the room and amenities were great, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the welcome beverage and cold towels were not offered upon check-in, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast and a restaurant with great food.
