Charming Victorian-Themed Decor, Unique Antique Decor, Inviting Common Areas for Guests

Bathrooms could really use proper heating, the confusing two-tap faucet system is a relic, and good luck with the small closet space if you have larger luggage!!! Noise from outside can sneak in, and there's no elevator for those upstairs!!!

From the moment we arrived, the cozy atmosphere and Kenneth's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated with unique antiques, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The customizable breakfast options were a delightful surprise, especially the Scottish specialties that fueled our adventures through the city. It was great to have complimentary treats and drinks waiting for us, and the quick, walkable access to downtown allowed us to explore local dining options easily.

While everything was mostly perfect, one minor drawback was the absence of an elevator, which made getting our luggage upstairs a bit challenging. Although we enjoyed the charming decor, keeping luggage secure in the smaller closet space was a bit tricky. However, these quirks didn’t detract from our overall lovely experience.

during my stay in inverness, the guesthouse really exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere and delicious custom breakfast options. the owner was incredibly helpful, providing local insights that made my visit even better. everything was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, adding to a truly delightful experience.

the only downside was the tricky car park access.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast. I selected items the night before from a menu. The dining area felt welcoming, and the staff had great local knowledge. The bed in my room was comfortable, and the provided toiletries made the experience special. As a lover of road trips, I appreciated the location, which facilitated easy access to the city center. I recommend this place if you plan to explore the area.
