Just stayed at a prestigious hotel in Pune. LOVED the spacious rooms, especially the suite. Staff were super helpful. Spa was better than in photos. Would definitely choose to stay here again! .

Had a wonderful stay at Blue Diamond - Ihcl Seleqtions. The airport pick-up and drop-off was smooth and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure trips.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed me easy access to all the places I wanted to visit. I enjoyed a gorgeous view from my room.

There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the room was a bit run-down and had some maintenance issues, such as sinking floorboards.

Great staff at Mystic Masala, Front Desk, and restaurants. Room décor and location were lovely. Spacious, well-equipped bathroom. Quick responses for additional bed and room cleaning. Excellent customer service.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the staff provided excellent service, catering to my every need. the Spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax with its sauna, body scrub, and beauty treatment services. the outdoor swimming pool was well maintained, and there were several treatment rooms with private facilities. I enjoyed the restaurant with its delicious special diet menus and in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area and coffee/tea in the lobby were also great touches.

My only minor issue was with the private facilities, which were not as exclusive as I had hoped. this did not impact my overall experience at the hotel.

The Asian restaurant, Whispering Bamboo, was a delightful culinary experience. The spa was also a highlight of my stay, offering wonderful relaxation and rejuvenation. the hospitality at Blue Diamond Pune was exceptional.

the best part of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were consistently competent, friendly, and warm, making me feel like part of their family. the service staff at the restaurant was particularly outstanding, being proactive and very attentive. the food at the restaurant was also excellent, with a homemade taste that reminded me of my mom's cooking. the evening ambiance was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. I had a great time at the hotel and will definitely recommend it to my friends and return when I am next in the city.

as a 5-star hotel, I was surprised to find that there were no bathtubs in the rooms.
