Great staff, attentive and hospitable. Beautiful location with stunning views. Clean and comfortable rooms, especially the spacious bathroom. A prime property surrounded by mountains and overlooking a pleasant view. A wonderful experience to enjoy the atmosphere and scenery.

Our experience at this hotel was truly luxurious. We were delighted to find that the hotel went the extra mile to cater to our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa centre was top-notch, and we and enjoyed relaxing in the massage and jacuzzi sessions. We loved spending time in the sun loungers that the hotel provided in its beautiful garden area.

While we enjoyed the restaurant and spent many mornings savoring our in-room breakfast, we found that there was not enough variety in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is situated on a small hill, providing a stunning 360-degree view of the beautiful surroundings of Srinagar. The courteous staff, led by the manager Devendra, always goes the extra mile to fulfill the needs of children and their parents. Moreover, the incredible customer service of the hotel was exemplified when they returned a forgotten item to a guest in Mumbai.

The service in the restaurant fell short of expectations, with guests having to request napkins multiple times.

We enjoyed the Easter break at a hotel in Jammu and Kashmir. the staff provided us with complementary chocolates and a special Easter menu. the hotel had a prime location with easy access to local attractions. We also appreciated the opportunity to take a walk in the nearby gardens.

The room lacked proper sound insulation. We were able to hear our neighbor’s conversations and television clearly.
